In early March 2026, EPOCA – Projects & Hospitality celebrated a particularly significant milestone in its history: the 50-year career of our colleague, Aníbal Silva, in service to the company. An exceptional journey which, due to its duration and continuity, stands out as a rare example in today’s professional landscape.

EPOCA – Projects & Hospitality originated from the vision of the Rocha family, beginning in 1947 with the production of chairs and the gradual development of bespoke furniture. It was during an early stage of the company’s growth and consolidation that Aníbal Silva joined the organization, becoming part of a team that, over the decades, would evolve into what EPOCA is today.
As the company developed and established itself as a reference in the luxury hospitality furniture sector, the scale and complexity of its projects also increased, expanding both nationally and internationally. Throughout this growth, the continuity of long-standing employees has played an important role, ensuring stability and the transmission of knowledge over time.
Today, as we mark these 50 years of connection to EPOCA, we recognize not only a professional journey, but above all a lasting relationship between an individual and a company, built on mutual respect and daily trust.
